• Your contact information to contact us through the Site regarding franchisee opportunities, including your first name, last name, address, phone number, email address, net worth, cash available for investment, investment timeframe, information about how you heard about us and any additional comments you voluntarily provide;
• Your email address if you wish to be contacted by your nearest Marsden Brother’s Promotions® location;
• Files uploaded from you and sent to your nearest Marsden Brother’s Promotions® location;

You may be required to register to use certain parts of our Site, such as the agOnline StoreFronts, the Marsden Brother’s Promotions Personal Franchise Portal and the Marsden Brother’s Promotions Personal Discovery Portal.

Once you register, Marsden Brother’s Promotions will provide you with a Username and Password. Within these portals, we may collect any of the information listed above, as well as information regarding any questions you may have for our Management Team, your preferences regarding days and times for Marsden Brother’s Promotions’ to contact you at the contact information you provided during registration and any additional information you voluntarily provide to us.
